apparently this cheese is loaded with larvae. and they can jump — up to 6 inches. so the description actually suggests wearing eye protection when eating this cheese. uh, yeah.

All of a sudden, even the Pecorino Romano that I get from Trader Joe’s for our spaghetti doesn’t sound so appetizing…
