hey david — well, not in the way that i think of jesus junk. jesus junk, the way i think of it, has to slap “jesus” (or something otherwise jesus-y) on a product that in no way is enhanced by that labeling.

When I first saw this I wondered what does this have to do with Rob Bell, but as I started getting into it, looking at the ads, videos etc, I got sucked in already.
My favorite part so far: The chastity thong that they are actually selling in the store.

Man – I posted on the blog about the book, and some guy commented and linked me to this thing. I TOTALLY got sucked in! Anyway – I’ve been following the progress of this thing on a message board for ARGs. It’s a good summary of everything that’s happened so far if you’re interested in this kind of thing:

I wish I had the patience to get involved in ARGs because they seem really cool. There was one for the release of Halo 2 a couple of years ago and it was a big deal. I got tired after looking at a website for about 10 minutes and gave up. But it was an exciting 10 minutes!
