my grandmother is from webster massachusetts. as a kid i had a tshirt with that same indian head and the name of the lake on it. it was always a hit.
if i remember correctly the name translates to lake “i fish on my side of the lake, you fish on your side of the lake, and we both fish in the middle.”

Any ideas how you would begin to pronounce that? I guess it means something deep and meaningful but that kinda gets lost in the saying it out loud!
