are you getting it out to any middle school youth folks before your release? unfortunately, i’m not close enough for one of your middle school summits where you might be showcasing some of that stuff, but i’d love to be a part of looking at the book if you’re even doing something like that. i’m looking forward to reading it. as a middle school minister i’m constantly on the search for anything new that’s jr. high intentional. ESPECIALLY good, not cheesy curriculum. it’s hard to come by new stuff; although i noticed some stuff that’s due out soon that looks solid from you all.

scott rubin and i are co-authoring a book on middle school ministry, due out next fall. it’ll be fairly comprehensive (it has to be, since the word “comprehensive” is in the subtitle!), covering theoretical stuff, developmental stuff, and all kinds of practical stuff.
