		<description>Great observations from Gallup.  Thanks for the post.  These five points reveal that many youth ministries I&#039;ve observed are in need of greater diversity which will, in turn, lead to more of the first observation on the list.  Too many youth ministries are operated my the younger, &quot;hipper&quot; (though, it&#039;s rare that any of actually hip) adults in the church.  And this, much to our detriment.  We need older folks too!</description>
