One would chalk it up to as being natural since I am a youth pastor, but what really struck me was that there's one guitar and two people...and it wouldn't be that far of a stretch to use that analogy in youth ministry or church in general. While we are one body and have many parts...I think the same applies to that guitar (for our purposes here: God's ministry), the music or beat that keeps us going...should be the nourishment (through the reading of God's Word, prayer, discipleship, and fellowship) if the music stops-there's this awkwardness and lack of direction (some youth ministries and churches have experienced this)-the leadership stops giving direction or taking direction and things begin to break down (not just in communication, but in growth-especially spiritual). I think I'll use this video and my 'response' (if you can call it that) in my next blog. Thanks for sharing Marko! Be well.
