we are on the way back to NC, but was able to get on the internet tonight and read all of your blog on haiti – can’t even imagine what you are experiencing, but know you are making a difference one person at a time – i am so grateful you are there. i truly believe you are just the kind of person needed right now in haiti.

Marko…Thanks so very much for sharing. I’ve been reading all your posts about Hati and it is such a blessing to hear your first person account. I’m always very skeptical of what I hear via media and other sources and appreciate knowing I’m getting a real picture of what you are experiencing. Praying for you brother. Wow, that is so cool Marko, My prayers and my heart are with you during this trip. A few years ago I was at NYWC in Atlanta and it was bitter cold, while I was walking to the convention I passed a homeless man huddled in a doorway with a thin blanket, I walked past, but later felt guilty that I didn’t give him my jacket, I looked for him later, but never again saw him, I know that if this were to happen again that it is exactly what I would do. I am glad you were able to give him your shoes. Al of these stories are so great and I am hearing some stories from other sources in Haiti as well…it seems in the midst of all of the tragedy that God is really moving!
