First, if such a huge beast were to jump out of the water, wouldn't you be looking in the direction of where the big splash was coming from? Wouldn't your body language also be a bit less relaxed than that of the person on the boat? Also, the amount of "splash" around it looks way off too... I just don’t see how this could be a real picture.
