Today we are excited to announce the launch of the new Coaching in Youth Ministry program, an initiative to support, develop, and inspire leaders working with youth. This program is designed to provide mentoring, practical tools, and strategic support to those seeking to make youth ministry more effective and meaningful.

Coaching in youth ministry is not just training, but a process of accompanying leaders in their spiritual and professional growth. We recognize that youth workers often struggle with emotional burnout, lack of resources, and finding new approaches. That’s why the program includes personal mentoring, group sessions, training, and access to experts with extensive experience in youth ministry.

One of the key goals of the program is leadership development. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of their role, learn how to interact effectively with youth, find individualized approaches and solve complex situations. Coaching will help not only in strategic ministry planning, but also in the personal spiritual growth of each leader.

The launch of the program is an important step toward making youth ministry more sustainable and inspiring. We believe that the support of mentors, sharing experiences and learning best practices together will help youth leaders not only stay motivated, but also reach new heights in their work.

We invite all those interested to join the program, become part of this movement and build the future of youth ministry together. May this new stage bear fruit and help each leader to unlock his or her potential in serving the younger generation.
