the things some people consider fun. me, i think this is fun. it’s a punctuation game (really a quiz), in connection with the fabulous and fun book, eats, shoots, and leaves.
i scored a 92% punctuation stickler. i got one wrong. dang!

the cities you guys chose for your conventions have tanked in football this year…or had really hard off-seasons…

i’ll continue the “off the subject” thread just started about the nfl teams and add this: did you guys intentionally schedule ys at these cities on the teams away weeks and/or bye weeks? a few of us that are friends are heading to st. louis and happen to be big football fans…we noticed as we picked conference sites, that all the teams are out of town or on a bye the week ys is in town…just wondering if that was intentional after the chaos of parking and downtown craziness there was after the nashville convention and the titans game…
dude, total coincidence. there is so much less \”choice\” involved in what cities we end up in than what people think. it\’s all about what cities are available that can accommodate us and won\’t charge too much (either for convention center or hotel rooms).
