meet “clocky“, the alarm clock pet that runs away from you and hides (still beeping) when you don’t turn it off. not a bad idea, really! i’ve known people who set multiple alarms, or alarms across the room. but this little zippy bug-of-a-clock should do the trick.

I’m soooo buying this for some of my teens
It will work for a week, after which we will begin grabbing them and placing them under our pillows in order to effectively sleep in.
That’s funny… I thought it was the perfect clock for me, not the teens…
one problem. most students i know have rooms that are so messy, little Clocky will just run into piles of dirty clothes or video games or textbooks or old shoes. still, fun concept. not sure if it would work for me. i use 3 alarm clocks to get up on my earliest of days. ugh.
